AA Tactical Inc. Policies & Terms of Purchase
PURCHASING FIREARMS FROM AA TACTICAL INC.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws regarding the purchase and ownership of firearms. AA Tactical Inc. follows all Federal, State and Local laws concerning the sale and transfer of all firearms.
Customers are required to set up an account to purchase from AA Tactical Inc. During this process you must agree to the following three statements:
- I UNDERSTAND I MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE HANDGUNS OR LONG GUNS IN THE STATE OF FL.
- I UNDERSTAND IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS REGARDING FIREARM TRANSFER/OWNERSHIP AND THE POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION
- I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FIREARM(S) I HAVE PURCHASED WILL BE SHIPPED TO A LOCAL FFL TRANSFER DEALER AND MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE PURCHASER WITH VALID IDENTIFICATION
Dealers may not sell or deliver a Handgun, Long Gun OR ammunition for a handgun to any person the dealer has reasonable cause to believe is under age 21.
Dealers may not sell or deliver a ammunition for a long gun, to any person the dealer has reasonable cause to believe is under age 18.
No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed. If the order has not shipped, the customer can call our Customer Service Department, at 850-306-3378, Monday through Saturday, 9am - 6pm CST to cancel the order. The customer will then need to complete a new order once cancellation is verified by AA Tactical Inc.
RETAIL LOCATION(S) - RETURNS
All sales are FINAL once merchandise leaves the retail premises location(s) AA Tactical Inc. will NOT accept return on undesired merchandise once sale is completed. All WARRANTY and REPAIRS will need to be sent to the respective manufacturer.
ONLINE - RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within three (3) business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 15% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee (totaling 30%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. AA Tactical Inc. will use its best judgment to determine the condition of received products. Items returned without packaging or destroyed packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee...NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note that we do NOT permit the return of the following products:
- Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork.
- Illumination devices, Electronic sights, Optics, and night vision equipment.
- Serialized items of any type, once a 4473 has been completed and transferred.
- FIREARM RETURNS - Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once the new firearm is transfered to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we will NOT provide a refund for the firearm once they have been transferred into your possession.
- Ammunition and Re-loading components.
Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
Other items available for sale not listed on this website include discontinued parts or parts for firearms no longer produced. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding parts for firearms no longer produced.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders that are cancelled after it’s been processed.
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Firearms will ONLY be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. AA Tactical Inc. is not liable for knowing consumers state, and local laws and regulations.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty unless otherwise specified. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within one (1) year of purchase for repair unless otherwise specified within manufactures manuals. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our retail store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all Firearms, accessories, and special order items.
Firearms shipped from the factory with magazines that are restricted for a specific state/municipality can be purchased with the restricted magazines removed where legal. AA Tactical Inc. will not substitute the magazines removed or discount the transaction in any way. This includes any Promoted or Free offers where the inclusion of the Promoted or Free offer would violate the state/municipality restriction. No substitutes will be made.
Firearms – Washington D.C.
Handguns – We do not ship handguns to the following: Washington D.C., California, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York State.
Semi-Auto Rifles – We do not ship semi-auto rifles to the following: California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York State.
Semi-Auto Rifle Parts – We do not ship parts for the AR15, AK47 or any variation of to the following: California, Connecticut, New Jersey and New York State.
Black Powder Firearms – We do not ship black powder firearms to the following: Massachusetts and New Jersey.
Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns – We do not ship defense/clip fed shotguns to the following: California and Massachusetts.
Ammunition - We do not ship ammunition to the following: Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York State, Washington D.C., Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles, CA.
Magazines – We do not ship magazines (regardless of capacity) to Connecticut.
Magazines Over 10rds – We do not ship magazines that accept over 10rds. to the following: California, Chicago, IL., Maryland, Massachusetts, New York State and Washington D.C.
Magazines Over 15rds – We do not ship magazines that accept over 15rds. to the following: Colorado and New Jersey.
Hawaii – No pistol magazines over 10rds.
Magazine Rebuild Kits – We do not ship magazine rebuild kits to the following: California, Connecticut, Chicago, IL., Maryland, Massachusetts, New York State and Washington D.C.
M-16 Bolts – We do not ship M-16 Bolts to the following: California, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C.
General – Merchandise listed herein is not for sale in any state, district or territory where the receipt, possession, sale or use of any such merchandise is prohibited and/or illegal.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Florida residents’ orders will be taxed at 6%. Residents of states other than Florida take full responsibility for any possible sales or use taxes incurred.
